Leading Through the Eyes of God!
Don't ever tell someone what they are NOT capable of doing. Sometimes, you see something in someone that may be unfamiliar to you and you immediately classify it as not acceptable. Rather than seeing people through the eyes of your personal expectations or your abilities, allow God to show you those He has placed under your leadership through His eyes and limitless abilities. God is raising up and highlighting leaders who have been trained in the secret places because others deemed them unworthy of preparation. These leaders will transform the body of Christ and demolish the religious plans and ideals that have been implemented to identify, train, and use certain individuals for selfish gain. There is a new way of leading being established and it will require you to lead through the eyes of God.
Consider Samuel and Saul and how they saw David. In the eyes of Samuel, David was not ideal, but God chose him to be anointed and appointed as King. If Samuel had not listened to God, he would have dismissed the very one who would grow to become one of God's greatest leaders. Saul had the opportunity to pour into David, but unfortunately, Saul dismissed David. Where he could have been blessed for investing in, cultivating, and making room for David's gifts, he instead grew cold towards David preventing him from raising up a leader.
As a leader, you must listen to the voice of God and obey him. Allow yourself to see greatness in each person you lead. Recognize the gifts in those under your leadership and be very intentional about using those people in a capacity beyond your beliefs and abilities. God chooses, anoints, appoints, and prepares, but we must create space for His will to be done even if it means stepping outside of our comfort zone. God has a way of giving divine insight, plans, and instruction to see that His will is done. We just have to be willing to follow His lead.
