You are the Missing Piece of the Puzzle!
I love puzzles and I find them to be somewhat therapeutic. I enjoy seeing the whole picture and going through the process of identifying how to create the picture set before me. In the same way, I feel like that's how God uses us when He positions us in certain places, with certain people, under a certain vision. God gives us a vision and at that point we have to realize we are a puzzle piece in someone's vision, just like other people are puzzle pieces to our vision.
For instance, my church is in the planting process. My pastor was given a vision, but in order for it to come into fruition he was given people to partner with so that they could help fulfill the aspects of the vision that he may not be graced to fill. As I fellowship with my church family, I see how each person is a puzzle piece positioned to help create the whole picture. The thing is the person needs to realize that they have something to contribute and identify what it is. This scenario happens at work, in households, and pretty much everywhere we go.
I say this to say that every vision is like a puzzle and each person that supports or sees the vision is the missing piece to the puzzle. There are times you get to a place and wonder, " Lord, why am I here?" At that moment, you should say, "Lord what is the vision you have for this place and how am I supposed to contribute." Because the size of the vision may vary, your piece of it could be small or large, but whatever the case may be you are a missing piece gifted to help manifest the vision. So, always remember that wherever you are God has given you something that will allow you to add to a greater vision. See the vision and identify what piece of the puzzle you were created to fill!
